End-of-Life Facilitation
End-of-Life Facilitation includes guidance in preparing an advanced care plan, ensuring final wishes are honored, and exploring ways to establish a meaningful legacy. This can be done at any age and time of your life. It often brings peace of mint to you and your family.
I offer compassionate support for individuals and families navigating their final stages of life. This may include offering emotional presence, sitting vigil, offering grief education, and comfort during this profound time. Through this work, you are best supported in approaching the end of life with clarity, dignity, and peace.
