At the age of 20, I discovered the healing power of nature and began exploring natural ways to support my own health and the wellbeing of loved ones. This marked the beginning of a lifelong journey into integrative medicine for body, mind and spirit.
Over the following decade, I undertook extensive training in the field of integrative health and eventually founded 3 H Teachings, which emphasizes holistic health and happiness. Since then I've been working with clients of all ages. Some of my youngest clients—adorable toddlers—who were already experiencing emotional stress and early childhood traumas inspired me to develop specialized programs for children aged 5 to 16, which transformed their challenges into sources of strength.
In 2001, I opened my integrative counselling practice in Germany, where I had the privilege of supporting hundreds of clients with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Together, we explored their stories, challenges, and personal journeys—creating a space for understanding, acceptance, and meaningful change.
In 2005, our family of four made beautiful British Columbia, Canada, our new home. Since, I have continued to work with clients locally and internationally. With each counselling session it has deepened my understanding of the human mind and the struggles it can create.
My passion and acquired knowledge has lead to the 2025 publication of my book Mind, Meditation and a Spark of Magic, which offers valuable insights to the realm of the mind.
I remain committed to ongoing learning and personal growth, so I can serve clients with knowledge and wisdom—offering compassionate counselling, empowering coaching, insightful publications, and a transformational online-course.
Throughout my own life, I have faced life altering experiences that have taught me the importance of self-love, self-care, honouring my own worth, and the value of life itself.
Each day, I choose to live by the Buddhist saying:
“Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.”
This quote reminds me that loss, grief, and heartache are part of our existence and cannot be avoided. However, we have the choice in HOW we respond. By allowing ourselves to feel and process pain, rather than resisting, or holding onto it, we open the door to healing and growth.
I feel deeply grateful to support people in all phases of life—whether finding meaning in life, navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or simply looking for a safe space to be heard and understood.
My work is grounded in loving presence, compassion, and respect for each individual’s unique path.
I offer space where one can safely explore their experiences and discover how to be empowered, live fulfilled, and embrace their authentic self.

Over the past three decades, I've explored, applied, reflected, and shared acquired knowledge—both from my own life and in supporting others on their journeys. The most meaningful foundation of my counselling work comes from lived experience, which has deeply shaped my understanding of life, its accomplishments and challenges.
Alongside this, I have studied with respected experts in their fields to further deepen my knowledge. Below are my accreditations and certifications related to my integrative counselling work.
